QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female

• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course 

• Willing to be assign in Metro Manila

• Preferably 19-25 years old 

• Good communication skills (verbal/written) 

• Must be knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office applications. 

• With pleasing personality 

• Can work under minimum supervision 

 

Responsibilities : 

• To assist in all clerical and administrative operation and activities (general

documentation, faxes, photocopying and other necessary paperwork). Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible. Files all correspondence to assist the other staffs as requested
